Do you want help with a portrait or another painting or drawing? You can submit a painting or a drawing for a critique and pay a nominal fee through a convenient online ordering process:

Provide as much detail as you can so that I can determine your needs.

After you contact me, we will discuss payment terms depending upon your request.

You can email a jpeg file of your painting to me and I will send you a written statement on the pros and cons of the piece. Be sure to include an artist statement of the work. This will facilitate the process more completely.

We can communicate via email or snail mail until you are satisfied that we have brought your painting to a successful conclusion.

I will recommend material references in addition to helpful tips about technique. I specialize in portraiture, still life, landscape and seascape but I understand and can help with abstract and conceptual art. I can guide you in the use of oil paint or crayons, pastel, watercolor, charcoal, graphite, acrylic, ink, collage, etc.

I can also guide you through the composition and color processes.
